Mr Soh Guan Hong is the Senior Vice President and Group Head of the Operational Group at City Energy. He is also the Head of Residential Sales. He joined City Energy in 2006 as Vice President, Sales & Marketing.

Before joining City Energy, Mr Soh has held appointments at Horizon Mobile Communications Pte Ltd, Honeywell Pte Ltd and Apro Technology Pte Ltd.

Mr Soh graduated from LA Trobe University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Electronic Commerce) and holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer and Communication Systems and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Mr Christopher Tan is currently the CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance, and Group Head of the Core Business Group. He joined the company in April 2010.

Prior to his appointment, Mr Tan served as the Director, Group Reporting and Corporate Finance at Neptune Orient Lines Limited (NOL). He has more than 25 years of experience in the finance industry since starting his career in audit with Ernst & Young. Since then, he has held senior appointments at several companies including Mapletree Investments Group.

An Oxford Brookes University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts with Second Upper Class Honours in Accounting and Finance, Mr Tan was also awarded second placing in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Examination.

Mr Tan is currently the fellow members of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Mr Ralph Foong is the Chief Hydrogen Officer of City Energy. He joined the company in 2025.

With over 20 years of experience in industry formation, business development, strategy, and policymaking, he previously served as Deputy Chief Executive of Singapore’s Energy Market Authority (EMA). In this role, he was part of a cross-ministry and cross-agency team driving Singapore’s energy transition policies and plans. Before his tenure at EMA, he held various positions at the Economic Development Board (Singapore).

In addition to his role at City Energy, Mr Foong is a Corporate Advisor at Temasek and Co-Founder of BioRenew Energy. He also serves as a Board Member of the Singapore Environment Council, a District Councillor at the North West Community Development Council, and a Member of the Bukit Panjang Citizens’ Consultative Committee.

Mr Foong holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration as a Sloan Fellow from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
