City Gas Pte Ltd, as Trustee of City Gas Trust, announced today that the gas tariff (before 7% GST) for households will increase by 0.57 cent per kilowatt hour (kWh), from 18.47 cents per kWh to 19.04 cents per kWh for the period 1 October 2021 to 31 December 2021. This is due to an increase in fuel and non-fuel costs compared with the previous quarter.
City Gas reviews the gas tariffs based on guidelines set by the Energy Market Authority (EMA), the gas industry regulator. The revised gas tariffs below have been approved by EMA:
